Introducing Feed Sharing on Smashing
It's now easier than ever to supercharge your interest feeds.
Since our launch a few weeks ago, we’ve been listening closely to your feedback. One key takeaway? You wanted a faster, simpler way to create multiple interest feeds that help you discover amazing curated articles more quickly.
Today, we’re excited to introduce Feed Sharing—a new way to jumpstart your collection of interest feeds and get better curation faster.
Add Fine-Tuned Interest Feeds
With Feed Sharing, you can easily explore and add interest feeds honed and tuned by other Smashing curators.
That means you’ll benefit from all the work these curators have already done, including selecting and refining interest sub-topics, selecting favorite publishers, and curation activity.
There are two ways you can add a shared feed:
Add them as a standalone feed, perfect for diving deeper into a specific topic.
Or, merge them with one of your existing feeds (e.g., add ‘Artificial Intelligence’ to your ‘Technology’ feed).

What is Feed Sharing?
Feed Sharing also allows you to share your own curated feeds with friends, family, and the Smashing community. It’s a seamless way to showcase your unique taste and interests without revealing specific articles you’ve read or marked as “more like this”.
Sharing is simple and currently only available in the iOS app:
Go to any interest feed in your “For You” section.
Tap the share icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Copy the link and share it with anyone.
